Recruitment Support Specialist (Administrative, Coordinator)

As a Recruitment Support Specialist, you will provide our Client’s Talent Acquisition team with support in a variety of areas to ensure that they are able to hire the best talent, care for their candidates, and achieve outstanding business results. To be successful, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and aggressive deadlines.

You will provide recruitment support, such as: resume review, pre-screening candidates, interview scheduling, background check requests, creation of physical/drug screen requests, creation of offer letters and packets, employee onboarding, and other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment support experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally and positively at all levels
  • Must possess a high degree of energy, sense of urgency, and customer service orientation along with a highly professional phone and video manner
  • Adept at working on multiple, complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to see projects to completion with limited supervision
  • Able to maintain confidential information
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)
  • Experience with applicant-tracking systems is a plus
