Recruitment Consultants

Individuals who are the most successful here are self-motivated, self-directed, and possess highly developed communication and client liaison skills. You’ll need high energy, the ability to manage multiple priorities and demands, and superior client services skills. And, we always prefer team players who can work with colleagues as effectively as they work with clients.

  • Sr. Recruitment Consultants

    Our Senior Consultants play multiple roles in our organization—they serve as team leads, design and deliver recruiting initiatives, and serve as practice leaders in their industry specialty. Experience in science- or technology-driven industries is a plus.

    We require seven years of full-cycle recruitment experience for these roles, with a track record of success in a high-volume environment preferable.

  • Recruitment Consultants

    Our Recruitment Consultants are the heart and soul of our project delivery team. They handle recruitment activities across the full life cycle—from requirements analysis to closing and on-boarding, and can be involved in any, and all, aspects of project planning and project delivery. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, IT, healthcare, financial services, and consumer products industries is a huge plus.

    We require 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience for these roles, with a track record of success in a high-volume environment preferable.
