Recruitment Support Specialists

Our Recruitment Support Specialists are key to the success of our company. As a Recruitment Support Specialist, you will assist Recruitment Consultants in all facets of candidate scheduling. This position will enable you to learn other functions of the business and may present the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities. You will be limited only by your own drive and talent.

To succeed, you’ll need to be highly collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and aggressive deadlines. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail are required. You must be able to interact professionally and positively at all levels of the organization. On-site work at a client’s location may be necessary.

We require a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2+ years of recruitment support experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required. Experience with applicant-tracking systems is a plus.
