Our Talent Research Consultants deliver original candidate identification and generation services to our clients and rank among the best deep researchers in our industry. Using a variety of tools and internet sources, our team works on a wide variety of projects, including talent mapping, competitive talent market research, slate development, diversity recruiting, and general candidate identification and generation.

To succeed, you’ll need to be a relentless problem solver, a quick learner, and able to segment your time effectively. Additionally, you’ll need to be an expert with the Internet and advanced search tools and techniques.

We prefer a degree in Library Science (Master’s preferred) and require a track record of success in research. Individuals who perform best in the roles are natural investigators, understand how to navigate the Internet, and are comfortable working in close partnership with clients and colleagues alike.
